Almond Financiers. These delicious little French cakes are made with Almond meal or ground almonds and also contain egg whites. It is said that these beauties resemble gold bars or coins, which is why they are named “financiers”. As with other Sugar Trail products, these almond financiers do not contain any hydrogenated fats or preservatives and are made to order.
As we make these almond financiers to order, please note that we are only able to accept orders with a minimum quantity of at least 12 units (dozen) .
